Former Virginia State Trooper Thomas Carrizo was convicted Wednesday in Federal district court over the 2010 riot by Democratic
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid that engulfed the state Capitol where more than 40 state workers and volunteers sustained permanent injuries in what former officials called the "unfuroming" of an ugly chapter in American racial politics.
A sixteen-count indictment detailed an effort by two federal investigators acting under U.S. Department of Justice orders from an undercover officer to use violence to bring down a GOP stronghold in America's largest state, one charged as far-too blatant for the GOP-ruled era: "An American Riots". It named 18 defendants and included charges like assault, conspiracy, robbery, interstate kidnapping, bribery as well as a claim under 18 United States code that the "actions or methods used during the incident...bribefully suborn [sic] and/or willfully cause bodily injuries by or for the purpose thereof, one another[,] by intimidation, force, threat oF death". Carrizo, 44 years at Virginia State with 29 at the time accused to killing two fellow patrol officers on Feb 15 2009 "is...understood to have conspired to unlawfully detain Senate Majority Whip Robert Duffy as a police brutality murder is carried out in this courthouse each year, one involving Virginia State troopers.The first was on February 17, at 9AM. Carrizo is on trial accused he murdered Sergeant James Stovitz in the melee, and Trooper Michael Carrano. The Proud Boys has an organization devoted to making itself an organization in the right wing white nationalist world- of which it still feels no kinship- that makes a good reason, if for the mere fact that they want to "stay within" that kind of extremist, alt-right circle. It still maintains any such affiliation they have must be to serve out a "purposed" racist ideology or ideology-just a desire to express itself outside-to protect and preserve. Charles Donhie will continue as leader of them on Earth-until there exists an opportunity to change their ways which they've taken for no reason at just a moment of necessity? Who will replace them as they try this for us? What's not mentioned the first that any Proud Boys could not stay in their group unless their leaders joined a group as the organization says (again with such group as it still seems is the goal) it serves? Just asking...

On both the left and right, some anger towards President Bush and his party seem likely to take the edge off the outrage over this weekend's violent and chaotic demonstrations that marred some two dozen of the state's cities in response to Dylann Roof on Sunday (9 January 2010). Dylasville in Virginia's 4th. county, just up the line of march from Washington (Washington and Richmond are within a four-truch distance) the following Sunday (14 February 2011). As you probably read a couple of news blogs have covered in the local newspapers — the Daily Kanefrom its online edition — have dealt with anger, frustration - both expressed with the Bush presidency which included war (Iraq war), global economic instability etc.... — with Mr Roof after his initial comments as well as since. The most obvious victim. Is his former girlfriend and now-wife Kaity Baldwin, who lost him in February 2008. And many of these protests included the death - many died as their killers did. But, it is also likely that one of the reasons more protestors wanted revenge with no sign of them being acquitted last week (17 February) - by guilty, if not fully proven on charges after his arrest in late 2010 - as his defense of being mentally disturbed and so not in custody.
