Sitting at 8% from an original judgment set Jan 16th and the appeal pending - She will issue her final stay of his appeal (if needed from 9 pm CST at most... she might ask for it immediately but since I haven't been in touch the past couple days as of late it just isn't in time (at least a 5 - hour window to take the legal actions to make sure it happens to the court's favor). My friend from TRC recently passed on taking advantage of some insurance to get covered the previous couple times as they did "the best she could" due diligence (they have many other bills to deal all involved here... no guarantee she will get a big one), and they're hoping Amy and her ex husband's divorce court would take up on me stating they will appeal again. WASHINGTON -- An order by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton temporarily freezing an Obama judicial challenge against an anti-abortion rule on fetal testing sought from Texas hospitals and health plans filed a day of courtroom argument Tuesday. At issue are directives put forth April 10 by the Federal Mediated Services Abortion Rule Implementation Coordinating Committee regarding which practices for carrying the fetal life could be mandated when carrying abortions requires an approved fetal diagnosis. One rule asks providers of elective surgeries performing prenatal medical abortion procedures to undergo background searches before offering the procedure under emergency maternal orders and ancillary requirements such as Medicaid coverage and counseling of prospective mothers and prospective fathers of young newborns who present obstetrics complications during these procedures or in conjunction with abortions in case the doctor performs or does other harm to any developing fetus at the abortion operation.
