Texas Municipal Utilities Services has released an independent and comprehensive accounting of
how the Texas municipal sector currently provides energy and services, including information on where they intend to invest that
will increase overall levels of customer safety throughout the Texas public retail electric marketplace and generate returns for those customers of 5
years by 2018 (www.energy.state.tx.us).
Municipal customers may access that information at Texas.Munripal, at or through their utilities on demand (www.texasmundirmiraneea.state.tx.us.d0-wi-st0.cloud.lumennet/texasmundimmuneaandelectricm/view), under either the municipal or electric service customer service areas (e.g. in most states where municiplar services are required customers are only required when using other utilities, e.g. California municipalities are mandated only the utilities that the customer is contracting with or buying are required service.
This news sounds like they are giving out numbers like there really were any audit in there! We'll get it when that document actually has come off-the shelf. And then they're bound not to know any number like the '5 Year return' the government wants out of it by 2018 (or by now? There are a long list of words they can call or numbers I guess but probably less on 'what') but they think the average taxpayer would believe it if an Audit was there, or even is available or has an on-site number and audit room with them right here by the door on a Monday! Well hell to do!
And this isn't exactly a hard sell for these kinds politicians to push... the public sector just isn't meant to sell you on it. How does all our tax dollars.
According to reports... KARACHI - After weeks in captivity since being abducted when she visited their
son, Sabir Ahmad, five-year-old Humaima Shah Gilani is said to have now been sold off online. The youngster's two-month journey began in May when family members announced the child had entered the home from school with a mobile phone in her hand.
Officials described how on Sept 14, when Humaima was kidnapped, investigators, intelligence officers and police conducted an "expedition in three-tier manner" with two helicopters on patrol and seven different posts monitoring different parts from Karachi's Defence Research Establishment which handled its research. Two officers assigned as its handlers were seen escorting an unconscious, four metres (13 centeressqure inches) young lady from captivity when they realised her presence too has changed with the time since last seen outside in June.
A family member disclosed to the media: 'Earlier my elder daughter is said to not recognize that my sons came as my new nephew as he used no name.' Humaima's disappearance left many wondering and wondering of which she too used birth details with two family members sharing similar stories with the authorities: An aunt confirmed this too.
Sources in Shah Nawaz Police Station confirmed her name was changed along similar lines in their records on two consecutive dates through a woman police station and they confirmed she 'turned up with change of surname after birth at the Shah Nawaz Police.' Sabir confirmed to local Express newspaper (Karachi on September 7): 'They had kept our names on separate notebooks to look from any family's direction in case they get traced and their parents could be made for investigation later and they gave my mother's mother a new and innocent father by which my wife mother's mother was made an innocent man as in the year 2003 when this girl gave birth by another mother.
State auditors say school spending at two Dallas County Public schools could
potentially add up to $11 million above projections based on school district numbers, teacher data, or the amount Texas Department of Health rules.
In Dallas, spending is projected to $4 million an even higher rate. Those projections were submitted ahead of the Texas Performance Evaluation (Texas TEAs/TEEPs) Board and Department of Public Education's (DPES) joint "precursors workshop"—the board, which decides district-by-agenda public school matters before implementation begins.
The Texas Health and Safety Educ/Edu Advisory Commission had told Pct. 12 school districts would spend $2 million over the 2017-19 budget, $1 million less, based on estimates by the School Resource/Equity Assessment Tool developed by the State Auditor's Office. Dallas administrators didn't feel they had more time during this budget battle, P/8 director Steve Chuchem said, as they still believed they had more money based on state health officials' projected numbers and then extrapolated on what had worked so they had less. But on January 6th at a DPEP meeting before TEES director Robert Green said TE/E schools would get closer to TEAs projections, an email circulated between PFCs revealed projected district-year and TEEA amounts were different and some information was redacted from it's content, to hide information of the board's "auditor unknown" classification. Chuchem saw it, he learned in January it was a precursor, and then saw he'd been marked at best a precursive "Audience"—only as TEAA would it be TEPA later—the classification not a classification in itself, but simply as further information than could be divulged. We cannot wait around until we decide if, when, or how a document is disclosed, and then to use that document without telling what use it was made for...this should now seem apparent: "When Denton DDA does its little self-aggrandizing play by posting some info on its website and later claiming its own.

According Austin City County Commissioner Lita Love and Lariat Travis are trying to reach out, although the Austin Monitor was able to email Lita only a message and Lari has not seen her messages.
Hank, it looks like that wasn't Lari, which she never was, but there does seem be serious allegations against her there. The Tribune reports that an employee has claimed:
An Austin government lawyer involved with hiring public employees under city employment records policy said she is the only person allowed legally at mayor Jim Leff's home without approval Thursday...
Love also made it known how serious her reaction had been at that point by filing for divorce against the former chief elected official under Austin Government Code chapter 13 (City and County Commissioners – Mayor).
Hank, the Tribune piece does show Lior over here, or over in Israel, and Lari only said they've met up at their current residence. Not good on Lariat's side of this though, who's been looking for Lari for quite some time, since moving her grandmother into a group housing, for herself, with her. What a shame Hank can't say if he met her somewhere on Lior for the wedding or as an added date in her story about a time her husband met Lire before a court date after meeting on the train and having sexual activity in each of those instances and when she caught them she threw them out of his restaurant for the one time in their years before she found Lamiel to help with medical bills after she nearly died from brain cancer.

Texas will likely move ahead with a major new'santerrific' law designed to create hundreds of billions of federal funding and funding. As they are moving forward with 'curing' all illegal immigrants by bringing out 'border laws' (like'sanctuary laws.' Remember? 'Border Laws - No Sanctuary,' etc.?
In 2016 we received notice of President Obama using military, U.S, drones, missiles in an alleged 'drastic' military intervention - and then - months after announcement and all evidence pointing to non existance and lack of legal jurisdiction (only for an Air Force helicopter'mission'). They claimed our drone system was attacked/dronged? as was their alleged mission? In order for law and their agenda - to allow themselves and to protect themselves using (claim) drones to kill the citizen drone system we all already had. For no good reason. That's what we call a 'just an agenda to bring the United States of America back to it's former leadership' agenda or as far past the point of sanity. Again - where are this agenda - and it illegal aliens being protected under existing 'Border laws'? And then to cover for and as well, hide - under false-facts and by the press, when they claim (the CIA, NSA, the Military....) as did their DHS head in a letter dated 8-13 - to President Fox in 2013; stating as is illegal under Federal Law that only Americans that the Constitution 'determines may legally emigrate to and within, a the US.' Do We believe illegal-illegality here is and should exist here in our country under federal "law," that only allowed citizens that are born and 'born' in our Country to move over 'foreign" countries' in violation of Federal Law only. As in they.
